Purchases
All purchases are billed through PayPal. You do not have to have an account with Paypal to make purchases, you may pay with any credit card or debit card just by following the directions while checking out. PayPal is the safest way to handle your transactions and we do not at anytime have your credit card info on record or file.
All purchases are final and any returns will need to be approved first and will only be for exchanges in size only.
Sizing
PLEASE use our size chart at the top of each page on all vest orders. The size chart at the top of each page is for those items on that page only. The sizing charts are all different so make sure you use the one on the page that the item that you are ordering is on. DO NOT use the size off your old vest or jacket or your vest will be the wrong size.
Exchanges
Costs for size exchanges will be paid for by the purchaser including shipping, insurance, size difference expense, and rehandling costs.
All exchanges must be made within 7 days from the time that you receive it and must be sent back as delivered. You must contact us first before sending item back for a size exchange or else your package will not be accepted.
Shipping back will be by USPS Priority Mail with the proper insurance applied. If the item is lost on route back to us it will be your loss so please insure.
Warranty
Hardcore Biker Gear will not be responsible for any warranties on the products sold and warranty is the full responsibility of the manufacturer. We will however do our part in helping in this process.
